Mark has competed extensively in various endurance competitions throughout the world.
Mark's athletic achievements include competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships on three occasions, numerous half ironman/70.3, Olympic & sprint distance triathlons, and running races ranging from 5k through to the marathon.

Mark has worked with athletes ranging from weekend warriors through to world champions for over 20 years. Mark is an accredited Triathlon Coach with Triathlon Australia, and works with triathletes and endurance athletes of all ages and abilities throughout Australia and overseas.
