SwimCycleRunOnline is a boutique coaching service, owned and operated by accredited coach and athlete, Mark Pomery, focused on working with athletes throughout the world on a customized basis to suit your individual needs and help you achieve your goals. 

In a day where too many coaching businesses provide cookie cutter programs and contact with your coach is limited, SwimCycleRunOnline
works closely with the athlete to tailor their training with the athlete's goals and lifestyle demands the priority.

Mark Pomery's coaching philosophy and style utilizes a strong scientific base with a large emphasis on monitoring training load and adaptation, underpinned by strong attention to nutrition and recovery as keys to developing your competitive advantage.
Mark is both an accomplished endurance athlete and an experienced coach.


Mark has competed extensively in various endurance competitions throughout the world.

Mark's athletic achievements include qualifying for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships on five occasions, representing Team Australia in the World Duathlon Championships, numerous half ironman/70.3, Olympic & sprint distance triathlons, and running races ranging from 5k through to the marathon.

  • Half Marathon PB = 1hr16min

  • Ironman = 10:07 on debut (Age 44)

Mark continues to set personal bests/PRs through focusing on his seven principles for effective triathlon performance - demonstrating the benefits of training smart and training hard.


Mark has worked with athletes ranging from weekend warriors through to world champions for over 20 years. Mark is an accredited Triathlon Coach with Triathlon Australia, and works with triathletes and endurance athletes of all ages and abilities throughout Australia and overseas.
